I’m Katie and this is Boris
Hello and welcome…
Let me share with you why I do what I do. My goal is to make lives better not only for dogs, but for their owners too.
I understand the challenges of owning dogs with more complex characters. I rescued an elderly Bichon Frise (Boris) who turned out to be very dog-reactive, a curve-ball I was not expecting.
From then on my eyes were opened to the need for 1:1 dog walks for those who need space, time, and a flexible walk. Solo walks helped me to respect the power of building a bond and connecting one on one with a dog. Now I want to help you experience this joy of connection with your dog.
I believe every human-dog team has the potential to be a beautiful, rewarding partnership for all and I want to help you get there.
But who am I?
I am simply a dog owner, like you, but I let my curiosity lead me down a wonderful path and studied hard, while taking all my dog walking experiences as learning opportunities to better understand our K9 Buddies. I am a little dog mad, but I think that helps and I hope one day to be able to help you.
So What Next…
I am invested in supporting our dogs to live better in our strange human world and discovering how this helps us too, ironing out some of those common behavioural issues. I have a strong commitment to using positive methods of training, teaching you and your dog through kindness, allowing us all a happy, safe, and enjoyable training experience.
